How does the assisted opening feature work?
The blade has two opening tabs—one for the thumb on the side of the blade and a finger flipper on the back of the blade. Applying pressure to either tab will cause the spring-assisted blade to deploy instantly.
Does the blade lock in the open position?
Yes, this blade has a liner lock to prevent the blade from closing while in use. The lock engages automatically when the blade is deployed.
How do I disengage the liner lock to close the blade?
The liner lock, inside the handle under the blade, is pushed left with your thumb to close the blade. Fold the blade back gently, moving your thumb as it starts to close.
